Building Cultural Connections through information, understanding & Cooperation
The Mongolian Inter-Cultural Association (MN ICA) offers services for newcomers, including settlement and integration counseling, translation and interpretation, Mongolian culture and language classes, mentoring, volunteer matching and peer support. We also provide outreach and education in the community through arts programming, as well as workshops on anti-racism, multiculturalism, diversity awareness, immigration and human rights.
The Mongolian Inter-Cultural Association (MN ICA) helps individuals and organizations to connect across cultures. We provide information, support and tools to help our international community reach their goals. By engaging people through networks, education and arts programming we create a welcoming community.
Founded in 2011 as an organization to produce a multicultural arts festival, FolkFest Mongolia, MN ICA has evolved to encompass many different strategies for the creation and support of a welcoming community for newcomers to Mongolia. Luminara Inter-Cultural Arts events are local celebrations that encourage community-focused artistic innovation and collaboration among Mongolia's new and diverse cultures.
